You might have heard that GitLab shares a lot of details about how they work in their handbook.
There’s a lot of wisdom inside, but I doubt you had enough time and perseverance to go through it, even if you heard of it.
I decided to illustrate some of the principles, so it’ll be more fun to explore them.
There’s much more than 13 principles, but I choose those which can be useful for almost anyone, not just a GitLab employee.
